Refund & Cancellation Policy – Next Level Home Solutions
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Next Level Home Solutions (the “Company”), unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate contract.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel the service more than 48 hours before work is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equal to $75 may apply to cover preparatory costs.

Once technicians arrive on site, begin work, or materials are ordered/installed, cancellations are treated under the “Work Commenced” clause below.
3. Work Commenced / Materials Ordered

If the Company has started work or ordered materials at your request and you choose to stop the project, the deposit (or portion thereof) is non-refundable to the extent it covers labor, materials, or other costs already incurred.

The Company will provide you with an itemised accounting of costs incurred to date and may refund any unused portion at its discretion.
4. Quality Guarantee & Defects

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you believe the service provided does not conform to the agreed scope or workmanship standards, please notify us in writing within 30 days of service completion.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange to correct the work at no additional charge if we determine the defect is due to our workmanship.

If the issue cannot be corrected to a reasonable standard after one correction attempt, then we may offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion, equal to the portion of the service not delivered as promised.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Services completed according to the signed scope of work and accepted by the customer (including verbal acceptance).

Changes in the homeowner’s preferences or standards once the work has been completed and accepted.

Damage or failure due to homeowner negligence, misuse, modifications, lack of maintenance, weather or “acts of God.”

Materials specially ordered for your project that have been delivered or cannot be returned.

Emergency or after-hours calls where an upfront dispatch or travel fee was agreed.
6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter to nextlevelhomesolutions@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If a refund is issued as credit or future service, terms will be clearly communicated.
7. Contract Terms Supersede This Policy

Where you have signed a separate repair or improvement contract, the terms of that contract (including refund/cancellation clauses) will govern over this general policy.

This policy serves as a supplement, not a substitute, for any written contract.
8. Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Your service agreement will be subject to the version in effect at the time of contract signing.
